Interested in joining the team but not sure where to start? Just follow the steps below to start your training!

Step One: Register for your first class (It’s free!)

Your first step will be to register for your first class. Any of the classes on this list are recommended for beginners and those with no prior experience. Click the link below to register.

Step Two: Sign up for a membership

At this point you’ve seen the gym, you’ve met the people, you’ve taken the class, and you’re ready to sign up! Again, just click the link below to sign up for your Mid World Martial Arts Membership.
